First designed in 1989, the Yo Eddy set a new standard in how a bike should ride. Re-launched in 2015, we kept the signature handling, playful geometry and styling, room for bigger tires and all the classic characteristics the Yo Eddy is known for. The Yo Eddy is and always has been designed for telepathic handling, very much a point and shoot trail slayer. Just pick your line and let Eddy blow your mind! This bike rails natural single track, climbs extremely well, and has amazing balance at any speed.

This latest version can accommodate tires in one of 3 formats.
   29 x 2.4" and 27 Plus x 2.8"
   29 x 2.6"
   650b x 2.4" (Smaller sizes only)

The  frame’s main triangles use Chris Chance custom, double butted, stainless steel tubing, and blind (sealed) bosses. We also choose to spec full length, external cable routing for low and easy maintenance. Lastly, our proprietary Fat Chance dropouts, brake mounts and drive side demi-yoke, mated to non-tapered stays (same as it ever was) make for the sweetest trail hardtail you’ll ever ride. It’s all in the details. Actually, it’s all in the ride!

Ordering Details:

  • Your order starts with a 50% deposit (just select a few options to the Right and add to basket, don’t worry you can change / update any of these as well as add items like rigid forks, painted stems, etc. as we confirm your order).
  • You will be invoiced for the balance including any build kits, options and shipping charges prior to sending your frame to you.
  • For International Orders all Duties and Taxes will be included in the final invoice. This helps expedite customs processing so your bike will get to you sooner.
  • Production then takes an estimated 12-14 weeks for each order.
  • We ship frames anywhere in the world, complete bikes in the USA only.

  • Painted Thomson Alloy Stem. $195.
  • Painted ENVE Carbon Stem. $325.
  • Paint Suspension Fork of your choice. $350. Fork price not included.

 

Paint Options:

  • Frame only in one of 6 standard single colors (Grello, Lavender, Red, Black, Pearl White & Sapphire Blue). Included in base price.
  • Standard 2 color fades; Aqua Fade, Chameleon Metallica, Sapphire Fade. $400.

  • Custom drawn steel tubing including stainless main frame tubes.
  • Designed to fit a suspension fork with tapered 1.5″ steerer (120mm travel on 29er).
  • Straight 44mm Head tube.
  • Curved seat tube for greater tire clearance on the 29er/27plus.
  • Internal dropper routing standard (Enters seat tube above BB). Rubber grommet & plug included.
  • 30.9 mm Seatpost. Seat collar included.
  • Full length outer cable routing under down tube / chainstays. Down tube cable guides included. Chainstays are zip tie ready.
  • 27.5″ x 2.8″ or 29″ x 2.4″ tire clearance. Or on Small & Medium frames, 27.5 x 2.4” tire size.
  • Headset, Upper: 44mm Internal / Lower: 44mm External (Headset optional).
  • Chainstay mounted rear disc brake (post mount) designed for 160mm rotor.
  • BOOST Rear Thru-axle Fat Chance designed dropouts, 12x148mm (Thru Axle Included).
  • 73mm BSA (English Threaded) Bottom Bracket shell.

  Geometry is designed around a 528mm axle-to-crown length fork (ie 120mm travel fork with a 51mm offset) to give an aggressive & playful trail geometry, although the frame can be fitted with both longer (130mm) and shorter (100mm) suspension forks depending on the desired riding style.
